The Tennessee Organization of School Superintendents (TOSS) is a membership association for Tennessee’s school superintendents and directors of schools. TOSS supports our members by providing high quality professional learning, legislative advocacy, and many other services.

Superintendent Leadership Institute (SLI)

To support directors’ work in their districts, we are pleased to offer the Superintendent Leadership Institute (SLI), a variety of professional development opportunities throughout the year—including workshops, conferences, and other collaboration-focused trainings. These events are designed to bring superintendents together to dialogue, learn, share, and inform.

 

Associate Leadership Institute (ALI)

The Associate Leadership Institute (ALI) is a membership group for school and district leaders that provides professional learning opportunities to members. Whether in-person or virtual, these high quality training events are created with ALI members and their needs in mind. The majority of our ALI events offer TASL credit from the TN Department of Education!
