Join us on March 18, 2024, as we learn from Meagan England, Elementary and Accountability Instructional Supervisor/Assistant Director of Schools from Claiborne County. She will lead our attendees as they work through creating a plan for the next round of textbook adoptions. Participants will identify stakeholders, create committee descriptions, establish committee member well-defined roles, plan for training sessions, plan for the final selection process, and support each other as you plan for and discuss the challenges of ‘rolling out’ a new HQIM curriculum system wide. We will conduct this day with plenty of time between topic presentations to allow you to share your challenges and successes in small groups as well.
